Smart Goal:
Targets: Educate the children Basic communication skills over 60 hours of service
  1. I will know this through friendly conversation and how their ability to respond to questions in English increases or decreases
  2. Though it will be challenging I believe that through hard work and a happy environment basic English will be accomplished for the children
  3. Through games, conversation and most importantly fun; I believe that this goal is achievable and within capability and resources
  4. The deadline for this will be the 60 hours given as communicative English is not something that can be taught over night
