We want to take a group of 4 3rd grade Egyptian orphans, and assist them in their curriculum as well as further enhancing their English skills, allowing them to form sentences and eventually lead full conversations with one another.
Measurable
We will measure whether we have, in fact, succeeded in teaching these children English by providing them with an “exam” at the end of our work with them, which will consist of them leading a conversation with one of us, and then with one of their fellow peers.
Achievable
This goal is certainly achievable, for we, who consist of a group of 4 students, plan to, each, aid one of the orphans in their learning process.
Realistic
It is certainly realistic, for as I stated before, each one of the students in the group has the ability to teach one orphan, thus, not placing too much pressure on us, the students.
Timely
We want to meet our goal after 6 months of interacting with these orphans, which will end on exactly the 24th of May.
