Smart Goal Paper: S – My specific goal to teach them English. That includes reading & writing it. This project is going to take place in an orphanage called ‘Yanbooa El Nour’, located in Maadi. I am working with my mother on a group of six boys that age from 8 to 10 years of age. M – I hope that by the end of this year, that they will be able to combine English words together to form a sentence. A – This is something that I always wanted to do, I have always wanted to help other children. I think it will be challenging because I might face children with mental disabilities or something similar to that. R – If they don’t have the resources, I will make sure that I provide them with it and I am willing to go to them whenever they need me in order to help them T – Yes I do, I believe that since they are going to finish before I do, I should go to them in April and November most of the time because these are the days before Exams for them.

Alzheimer Disease
Alzheimer's disease causes brain changes that gradually get
worse. Symptoms include, forgetfulness, mild confusion, impact on memory, the ability to speak, and to write coherently. Plaques or tangles on the brain tissue are what cause it. Alzheimer is not curable but there are treatments to try and fight it and make it less effective. Current medications even have the ability to improve symptoms temporarily. Things such as exercise and diet help improve the condition. It has been proven that it minimizes the symptoms to an extent. People with Alzheimer get angry and frustrated a lot. In order for you to help them cope with it, be there to listen and always make them feel. They are very emotionally sensitive; so do not place them in inapplicable environment such as places with lots of noise. There is no proven way to prevent Alzheimer. Many of the same factors that increase your risk of heart disease can also increase your risk of Alzheimer's disease. In order to try and prevent Alzheimer, always maintain a healthy lifestyle; keep exercising and in shape.
