Specific: We want to educate a group of children and help them excel in the English and math categories’ as well as be able to have a conversation in English with one another.
Measurable:The way we will know whether our goal has been achieved or not is when the children are able to compute relatively complex math problems (24+36+300-66X100), are able to read short sentences and know the alphabet and are able to communicate with one another in English.
Achievable: This goal is definitely something we would all like to achieve. Thoug h it will be challenging to have everyone try and get to the same level we think that it can be accomplished and the children will greatly benefit from these skills.
Realistic: Our goal is realistic. We have a head teacher (though she does not teach she watches over (authority), we have a reasonable classroom, which gives a good learning environment. The only issue we had was supplies and we did supply the children with pens/pencils and notebooks as well as name cards.
Timely: Basically what we wanted was to have our goals be met by the end of the year and we have thank fully accomplished them J
